1. Identity and Address of the Controller

BEVISA, S. DE R.L. MI, with RFC BEV0208134S5, with address at Cerrada de las Américas MZ 6 LT 27, Colonia Tepalcates, Alcaldía Iztapalapa, C.P. 09210, Mexico City, Mexico (hereinafter “BEVISA”), is responsible for the processing, use, storage, and protection of personal data collected through www.bevisa.com.mx, its forms, email, phone, and WhatsApp.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Depending on the contact method and the request made, we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Identification and contact data: name, company or trade name, email address, phone or WhatsApp, city, state, and postal code.
  • Professional and commercial data: industry, business type, coverage area, channels and clients served, products of interest, project stage, brand, estimated volumes, purchase frequency, shipping needs, and other commercial information provided.
  • Technical project information: product description, presentation, flavors, formulation, manufacturing, packaging, labeling, or regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Browsing and device data: IP address, browser type, online identifiers, pages visited, traffic source, interactions, clicks, and events measured through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communication content: messages sent through forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

The Site is not designed to collect sensitive personal data. We ask you not to provide sensitive information or trade secrets in an initial contact. If such information later becomes necessary to evaluate a project, BEVISA will establish the corresponding process and contractual measures.

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary or necessary purposes

  • Respond to requests for information, contact, and quotations.
  • Evaluate distributor applications and provide commercial follow-up.
  • Analyze the technical, operational, and commercial feasibility of development, formulation, manufacturing, maquila, private label, packaging, or labeling projects.
  • Identify needs, prepare proposals, and coordinate meetings or communications.
  • Manage pre-contractual and, where applicable, contractual relationships with customers, prospects, distributors, and partners.
  • Address questions, clarifications, complaints, and requests related to products or services.
  • Maintain the security, functionality, and prevention of abuse or fraud on the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

Secondary purposes

  • Send news, promotions, launches, content, and commercial communications via email or WhatsApp.
  • Analyze Site usage, measure campaigns, and generate audience statistics.
  • Create audiences and measure advertising results through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and equivalent technologies.

Secondary purposes are not necessary to fulfill your request. You may opt out by unchecking the promotional checkbox in the forms, rejecting analytical or advertising cookies, or sending an email to info@bevisa.com.mx with the subject “Unsubscribe from promotions.” Your refusal will not affect the fulfillment of primary purposes.

4. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

BEVISA uses technical cookies necessary for the operation and security of the Site. With your consent, it may use analytical and advertising cookies, including those associated with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand Site usage, measure conversions, evaluate campaigns, and display relevant advertising. 5. Transfers, Referrals, and Third Parties

BEVISA may allow data processing by providers acting on BEVISA’s behalf, for example: hosting and operation of the Site, forms, email, messaging, analytics, advertising, storage, security, and technology support. These providers must process data in accordance with BEVISA’s instructions and applicable obligations.

Likewise, BEVISA may transfer personal data, to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable law, to:

  • Competent authorities, when there is a legal obligation or substantiated request.
  • Professional advisors, auditors, or service providers necessary for the defense or exercise of rights.
  • Related companies, manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, or commercial partners when necessary to analyze or respond to a request, prepare a proposal, or execute a contractual relationship.
  • Third parties involved in a restructuring, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, with the corresponding safeguards.

When the law requires consent for a transfer, BEVISA will request it in advance. Links to Amazon, Mercado Libre, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, or other external services are subject to their own privacy notices and terms; BEVISA does not control the processing carried out directly by those platforms.

6. Security Measures and Retention

BEVISA maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, address legal or contractual responsibilities, and apply the corresponding limitation periods; thereafter, it will be deleted, anonymized, or blocked as applicable.

7. ARCO Rights and Withdrawal of Consent

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as withdraw your consent or limit its use or disclosure. To do so, send your request to info@bevisa.com.mx with the subject “ARCO Rights Request.”

The request must contain:

  • Name of the data subject and means to communicate the response.
  • Documents proving your identity and, where applicable, legal representation.
  • Clear description of the data regarding which you seek to exercise a right.
  • The right you wish to exercise and any element that facilitates locating the data.
  • For rectification requests, the required modifications and supporting documentation.

BEVISA will communicate its determination within twenty days following receipt of the request and, if appropriate, will make it effective within the following fifteen days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified cause exists, in accordance with applicable law. Access will be provided, in principle, electronically and free of charge, except for justified reproduction or shipping costs.

8. Limitation of Use and Disclosure

In addition to cookie mechanisms, you may request inclusion in BEVISA’s internal exclusion list by sending an email to info@bevisa.com.mx. You may also use the opt-out mechanisms offered by advertising platforms and, where applicable, the public registries provided under Mexican regulations.

9. Minors

The Site and BEVISA’s services are intended for adults of legal age and business representatives. BEVISA does not intentionally collect data from minors. If you identify that a minor provided data without authorization, request its deletion at info@bevisa.com.mx.

10. Changes to This Notice

BEVISA may modify this Privacy Notice due to legal, operational, or technological changes. The current version will be published at www.bevisa.com.mx with its update date. When a change requires new consent, it will be requested through the appropriate means.
