Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of www.bevisa.com.mx (the “Site”), operated by BEVISA, S. DE R.L. MI. By browsing or using the Site, the user acknowledges having read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using it.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about BEVISA, its products, brands, solutions, distribution, product development, manufacturing, maquila, and related services. The content is informational and may change without prior notice.

3. No Direct Sales on the Site

The Site does not process purchases or payments. Buttons or links to Amazon, Mercado Libre, or other platforms direct to external sites that operate under their own terms, policies, prices, inventories, warranties, purchase processes, delivery, and return policies. The purchase transaction is concluded on the corresponding platform with the seller identified therein.

4. Requests, Forms, and Quotations

Submitting a form, message, or request does not obligate BEVISA to accept a project, grant distribution, reserve capacity, maintain inventory, sell a product, or enter into a contract. Quotations, commercial terms, minimum purchase quantities, availability, lead times, shipping costs, and validity must be reflected in a subsequent proposal or confirmation issued by BEVISA.

5. Product Development and Confidentiality

Sending information about an idea or project does not imply its acceptance nor constitute a quotation, offer, or definitive commercial commitment. All requests are subject to technical, regulatory, operational, and commercial evaluation.

Unless a confidentiality agreement has been signed by authorized representatives of both parties, sending information through the Site does not by itself create a special obligation of confidentiality or an exclusivity relationship. The user must avoid sending complete formulas, trade secrets, or confidential information in the initial contact. If the project moves forward, the parties may enter into the corresponding instruments.

6. User Obligations

  • Provide truthful, current, and lawful information.
  • Do not impersonate identities or use third-party data without authorization.
  • Do not send malicious code, spam, illicit content, or material that violates third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, databases, or restricted areas without authorization.
  • Do not copy, extract, or systematically exploit the Site content without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, photographs, texts, materials, software, and other Site content belong to BEVISA or are used with authorization. Browsing does not grant any license or right of use. Reproduction, modification, distribution, exploitation, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization from the respective owner, except for uses permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may include links, buttons, or integrations from third parties, including WhatsApp, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Google, and Meta. BEVISA does not control their availability, security, content, or practices and assumes no responsibility for acts, omissions, or damages attributable exclusively to those third parties. The user should review the terms and notices of each platform.

9. Availability and Limitation of Liability

BEVISA strives to keep information accurate and the Site available, but does not guarantee that the content is error-free, that availability will be uninterrupted, or that the Site is compatible with all devices. To the extent permitted by law, BEVISA shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights applicable to consumers or data subjects.

10. Modifications

BEVISA may update the Site and these Terms. The current version and its update date will be published in this same section. Subsequent use after publication constitutes acceptance of the current version.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable federal laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent authorities of Mexico City, unless a protective statute grants the user a different jurisdiction or a non-waivable right.
